小小的楼阁临近江边，显得遥远，
稀疏的帘幕仿佛带着雾气钩挂。
云中鸿雁遥远的影子渐渐消失，
滩上的月光碎裂成流动的波光。
诗思偏偏在夜晚最为适宜，
衰白的鬓须却耐不住秋天的凄清。
渔家的灯火三两点，
隐隐约约在长满芦荻的沙洲上。

A sparse curtain hangs like a hook in the mist.
The distant shadow of cloud-swept geese vanishes,
The moonlight shatters into glimmers on the shoals.
Poetic thoughts thrive especially in the night,
But my thinning beard cannot endure the autumn chill.
Two or three fishing lamps flicker,
Vaguely, amid the reed-flower isle.
