月亮升起得早，白天的雾霭还未散尽；
月亮出现得迟，夜晚的空气已变得澄澈。
秋毫般细微的景物都清晰可数；
乌鹊或栖息或飞起，动静皆可见。
青山埋葬着狂放不羁的李白；
苏门山隐居着高士孙登。
我已年老，没有了超逸的豪情，
只是颓然地映照着我自己蓬乱的鬓发。

The moon rises early, veiled in the day's lingering haze;
The moon tarries, cleansed by the clarity of the night.
The finest autumn down can be counted in this gaze;
The magpies, settling or stirring, are bathed in light.
Green hills entomb the poet Li Bai, free and grand;
At Su Gate, Sun Deng lived as a hermit, alone.
I, aged, possess no soaring spirit in this land,
And listlessly reflect this dishevelled, weary tone.
