细微的香气依然附着，被野外的风吹拂。
少年时的踊跃激昂，难道只是旧梦一场？
明日景象萧条，不要再增添悲伤。
潭水据说能让胡广长寿，
傍晚的菊花又如何能缓解屈原的饥饿？
我如今随意效仿浔阳的隐士，
傍晚伫立，寄托情怀，空有诗篇而已。

The trailing chrysanthemum, frail and alone, cannot hold its own;
Its delicate fragrance still clings, brushed by the wild wind's moan.
The youthful zeal and leaps—are they but dreams, now gone and flown?
Tomorrow's bleakness comes, let no more sorrow be sown.
Could pool waters grant Hu Guang a long life, as stories have shown?
How could evening petals ease Qu Yuan's hunger, on his path alone?
Now I idly learn from the hermit of Xunyang, in seclusion grown,
Standing late, I send my thoughts—only these empty verses I own.
