我贪看湘江的景色，
亲手抚摸蓬船的小窗。
沙洲上陈列着鸟儿的行迹，
岩石上带着水流冲刷的痕迹。
高大的树木大多遮蔽了庙宇，
稀疏的林木间偶尔有村庄。
芦花自然弥望，无边无际，
此情此景，足以让我斟满酒杯，一饮而尽。

Greedily I gaze upon the Xiang River's view,
My hand strokes the window of the thatched boat anew.
On sandbanks, traces of birds' passage lie displayed,
On rocks, the water's flowing marks are still portrayed.
Tall trees mostly conceal the temples from the sight,
Sparse woods here and there hold a village, tucked from light.
Reed flowers stretch as far as eyes can see alone,
Enough to fill my cup with wine and make me own.
