我这一生，确实沉入了幽深渺茫之中。
以清雅的谈论来修养生命之理，
独自端坐，研读《太玄经》。
天性笨拙，在贫困中反而更加快乐，
精神清明，梦境也屡屡显得灵验。
那亭亭而立、经冬不凋的松竹挚友，
我们相对而视，眼中始终保持着青春的神采。

My life, indeed, drifts into profound obscurity.
I nurture life through pure discourse and debate.
And sit alone, pondering the 'Canon of Supreme Mystery'.
By nature awkward, I find more joy in poverty.

Like the steadfast friends enduring the winter's cold,
We face each other, our eyes forever young and bold.
