少年时，我们插花、呼酒，欢聚在游乐场；
尽情欣赏绵延十里的花灯，香气弥漫。
明月当空，星辰显得稀疏；
珠帘悬挂在门前，悠扬的乐声持续不断。
并非因为如今的风景与往昔不同；
只是自己年老，情怀不再狂放。
我获得了禅定之心，平静如水；
碧色的琉璃灯，映照着佛龛旁边。

In youth, we called for wine and decked our hair with flowers, amid the revelry;
We roamed for miles, drunk on the sight of lanterns and their fragrant glow.
The jade-like moon hangs high, outshining all the stars in the vast sky;
Pearled curtains line the doors, while joyous music lingers long and slow.
It's not because the scene tonight differs from days of old;
But that my heart, grown old, no longer feels the wild delight.
I've won a mind serene as water, in meditation stilled;
Beside the Buddha's niche, the azure glass reflects its tranquil light.
