夜深了，风霜寒冷，

树梢上乌鸦的翅膀在扇动，
树顶有大雁成行飞过。

它们一一翻飞着远去。

By riverside the cormorants now cry,
Perched on the tree that south of my house stands.
Deep in the night, wind frosty, cold and dry,
They call and answer each in their own bands.
Upon the tree the crow's wings stir and sway,
Atop the boughs wild geese in lines pass by.

One after one they take to flight and fly.
