金色的秋风穿透了残余的暑气，
如玉的树木已先于秋天感到凉意。
草间传来喓喓鸣叫的秋虫，
感知时节变化，振动翅膀似整衣裳。
我这楚地客子思绪飞向万里之外，
深夜吟诗，在藜草铺就的床榻上心生哀怨。
整夜劳神交谈，喋喋不休，
共同拥有的只有这屋檐下洒落的月光。
如同孤独的纺轮曳着单一的蚕茧，
又似折断的苇管吹出哀伤的韵律。
想起豳地父兄的辛苦劳作，
没有足够的衣衫，畏惧那风霜的侵袭。

Hard toil for the fathers and brothers of Bin,
