油灯发出粟米般微弱的光，伴着幽静的窗棂；
翻检完所有的诗篇，疲倦了便就此停歇。
世间万事如同浮云，又似共舞的飞燕般变幻无常；
我的心却平静如水，羡慕那自由翱翔的沙鸥。
客人来了，也不过是谈论些闲散琐事；
我正值壮年，应当置办一叶小舟以备将来。
风雨交加的声音，仿佛在欺扰我这客居的枕席；
清浅的睡眠没有梦境，思绪悠悠，飘向远方。

A dim lamp's glow, like millet grains, keeps the windowed night serene;
I've leafed through all my poems, weary, and now I'll rest my pen.
All worldly things are clouds, like swallows dancing, fleeting, vain;
My heart is water, calm, envying the gull that soars again.
If a guest should come, we'll only talk of idle, light affairs;
In my prime, I must prepare a little boat for future cares.
Rain mixed with wind's voice mocks the pillow of this traveler here;
A clear sleep, dreamless, stretches far and wide, both vague and clear.
