萧瑟的古寺隐藏在幽深的山谷中，
溪流分岔，形状如同燕尾。
松萝缠绕，各处洞穴在此汇合，
钟鼓之声从上方传来。
晴日下，宝塔熠熠生辉，
空寂的潭水被暮云隔断。
我努力攀登，穷尽这美妙的境地，
猿猴与仙鹤自然结伴为群。

The stream divides like a swallow's forked tail.
Pines and vines entwine where all the grottoes meet,
The sound of bell and drum is heard from heights above.
The precious pagoda gleams beneath the sunny sky,
An empty pool is veiled by evening clouds apart.
I climb and strive to reach the limit of this wondrous scene,
Where gibbons and cranes form their own company.
