荷花在暑日的晨风中绽放，
芙蓉伫立于秋露降临时分。
青山无限美好，
明月因此也显得格外相宜。
雨水丰沛，滋养着穿城而生的翠竹；
湖水幽深，隔开了对岸的池塘。
春日的厅堂里，我们深夜留客，
抬头仰望，询问南箕星斗。

Lotus blooms in the summer breeze at dawn;
Lotus stands when autumn dew is newly born.
Blue hills, how infinitely lovely they appear!
The bright moon, thus, finds here its fitting sphere.
Rain nurtures bamboo piercing through the town;
The lake runs deep, parting shores with its renown.
In spring hall, we detain our guest at night,
Looking up, we ask the Southern Dipper for light.
