僧舍高低错落地显现，
潮水的声音从早到晚都能听见。
仙人与凡人只被这一条江水隔开，
淮河与浙江在此将江流分为两半。
山腰的月光下，鹘鸟感到寒冷，
海角的天边，神龙吞吐着云气。
佛陀端坐，全然不动，
人世间却有多少纷扰与忙乱。

Tidal sounds are heard from dawn to night.
A single stream parts the mortal and divine,
The Huai and Zhe rivers split the stream in twain.
A falcon chills beneath the moon on the mountain's waist,

The Buddha sits serene, unmoved,
While the mortal world bustles in endless strife.
