栖息的鸟儿仿佛在司掌更漏，报告时辰，
黄蜂聚集，好似晚衙时分官吏汇集。
将官府的事务全然忘却，
高枕无忧便是我的生活归宿。

The midnight hour finds me sleepless still,
My heart, it's clear, is yearning for my home.
Human ties are like grass in the wind, frail and shifting,
My own life's journey, dust within the eye.
The roosting birds keep watch over the night's passing hours,
Yellow wasps gather as the evening court convenes.
All affairs of office I have utterly forgotten,
To rest my head on a high pillow is my life's sole design.
