多少次想驾一叶扁舟，载着白雪前来，
与那宜人的清风明月相逢，如同到了蓬莱仙境。
因而想起在渭北吟咏春树的日子，
才值得江南寄来早开的梅花。
应接山川美景，公事反而简省，
主持酒宴歌咏，旷达的胸怀得以舒展。
何时才能身如浮云一般，
朝朝暮暮飘飘荡荡，去了又回？

How often I wished to sail a skiff, laden with snow, to come,
To meet the delightful breeze and moon, as if to Penglai's shore.
Thus I recall chanting of spring trees north of the Wei River,
Earning the early plum blossoms sent from south of the Yangtze's door.
Attending to mountains and streams, official duties are few;
Presiding over cups and songs, my open heart does soar.
When shall I be like the floating clouds in form,
Drifting morn and eve, coming and going evermore?
