赣江三百里水路布满礁石，
春水奔流，要经过十八处险滩。
道路在青翠的峭壁前断绝，
船行至江心，只觉寒气侵人。
若不是眼前春光如此美好，
又有谁会为游子呈现这番景致？
但我仍须饮下一杯清冽的美酒，
好让百般忧愁一并消散宽解。

Three hundred li of Ganshi's rocky way,
Through eighteen shoals the spring tide flows away.
The path ends where the verdant cliff stands sheer;
The boat, midstream, is chilled by the atmosphere.
Were springtime's grace not so divinely fair,
Who would provide the traveler's eyes a share?
Yet still I need a cup of wine, clear and green,
To wash away a hundred cares unseen.
