芥菜开花,白菜结蕾,都在为饯别春天而忙碌,
夜晚,我高兴地品尝这仙苗,虽晚却令人欣喜。
味道饱含土地的膏腴,既甘甜又脆嫩,
气息蕴藏风露,咽下后仍觉芳香。
做成腌菜,淡淡地稍加些乳酪,
用来煮茶时,切记不要用过烫的水。
却让我回忆起在荆溪的古城墙上,
翠绿的枝条和红润的果实曾摘满箱筐。
Mustard flowers and cabbage buds bid farewell to spring's busy haste,
At night, I taste the fairy sprouts with joy, a late delight.
Their flavor holds the soil's rich cream, both sweet and crisp to bite,
Their breath contains the wind and dew, still fragrant when I swallow.
Made into pickles, lightly touched with cheese, a subtle savor,
When used to brew a tea, do not let the water over-boil.
Yet I recall on Jingxi's ancient city wall,
Where emerald stems and ruby berries filled the boxes we did haul.
日常尝鲜是对自然周期馈赠的认知与享受。
描绘春末尝鲜枸杞的田园生活,充满闲适与发现的喜悦。
本诗为七言律诗,押平声韵。
