这山岩沟壑之中，欠缺可供徜徉的景致，
无边的秋色却勾起悠长的古意。
寒意褪尽，鉴湖只剩下残荷点缀的水浦，
大禹庙灵气犹存，殿梁仍是古梅木所筑。
追想昔日游船盛况，已空逝千年，
寻访先贤遗迹，唯见祠堂寂然。
在风中伫立，归途已晚，
怎堪这晴明的月光，照彻一片凄凉。

Within these cliffs and valleys, I long to wander free,
The boundless autumn hues stir ancient thoughts in me.
The cold has stripped Mirror Lake to lotus ponds alone,
Yu's temple, spirit-haunted, still keeps its plum-wood throne.
A thousand years have passed since pleasure boats sailed here—
I seek the sages' traces, but find an empty hall.
Leaning on wind, my journey homeward ends in drear,
How can I bear the bright moon's light, so sad and cold, on all?
