我寄居的客舍就在秦淮河畔，

几株经霜后的树叶，
依然依偎在残破的陵墓旁，泛着红晕。

All merge into the distant, empty sky I look.
For years the royal aura has been gone;
Today, only the west wind blows on and on.
My inn by Qinhuai River stands alone;
The setting sun shines on the palace overthrown.

And blush beside the ruined royal tombs in the breeze.
