苏东坡曾吟咏鼠须笔，
山野之歌也提及猩猩毛。
这些微小之物哪里值得称道，
但它们与斯文（文章教化）却大有关系。
片言只语可如斧钺般令人敬畏，
一字之褒能如华衮般带来荣耀。
造化之功运转于方寸之间，
也能从笔毫的尖端产生。
寄语给管城子（毛笔的别称）：
你所承载的托付非常重大。

Su Dongpo sang of the mouse-whisker brush,
The mountain folk's song tells of the猩猩 hair.
Such tiny things seem hardly worth a mention,
Yet they bear deep connection to our culture's thread.
A single phrase can carry the axe's chilling weight,
One word may earn the splendor of embroidered robes.
The Creator's craft works through the tiniest space,
And also springs to life from the tip of a hair.

The trust placed in you is by no means light.
