宇宙的枢纽运转着四季，循环轮转又回到了初阳之时。
天地的根基从复卦开始萌动，气息从脚跟生发而呈现黄色。
在五阴之中卓然独立，标示着君子的祥瑞。
芬芳的芸草难道不馥郁吗？但硕大的果实终究自己散发香气。
有位南国的俊杰开启前程，气质禀赋纯粹而刚强。
何况正值你半百之年，如同弧矢星照耀四方。
浩然正气源自邹人，清高耿直如同道乡先生。
对义理的源流十分熟稔，滋养着思想的苗脉使之生长。
自从踏上蜀道以来，持着的玉节比霜雪更明亮。
潢池边有人佩带牛犊装饰，紫逻关却没有公羊滋扰。
星宿回转于参井之间，草木都焕发出光彩。
种植善行如同种植禾苗，去除恶念如同铲除杂草。
只要从一念之中着手，郊野都会变得美好。
不必服用玉屑，也无需品尝石髓。
背部如龟般坚实，牙齿如孩童般新生，爱好美德自然使你安康。

The great pivot steers the four seasons' turn, / At the start of yang, the cycle's wheel returns.
From the root of heaven, revival takes its rise, / The breath at the heel grows with a yellow guise.
Amidst the five yin, it stands alone and bright, / A sign of noble man, an auspicious light.
Fragrant herbs, are they not sweet? Yet in the end, / The weighty fruit alone its fragrance will extend.
A southern talent opens, pure and strong in frame, / Endowed with vigor, steadfast as his name.
And when the half of you arrives, the bow's arc flies, / Shooting arrows toward the four corners of the skies.
Vast and noble, a descendant of the Zou, / Pure and upright, like the Dao's homeland true.
The source of principle flows deep, well understood, / Nourishing sprouts and veins, a thriving good.
Since climbing Shu's rugged paths, your jade token clear, / Shines brighter than the frost, without a peer.
At the marshy pool, some wear the calf as sign, / By Purple Pass, no ram is seen to stray or pine.
Stars wheel between Shen and Jing, a brilliant sight, / Plants and trees glow radiant in the light.
To sow good deeds is like sowing grain with care, / To weed out evil like removing tare.
From but a single thought within the mind's domain, / The open fields all turn to goodness's gain.
No need to dine on jade-like rice so fine, / Nor taste the stony marrow's draught divine.
With back like turtle's shell and childlike teeth so bright, / Love of virtue brings you health and pure delight.
I laugh at those who toil in restless chase, / Measuring the sun's shadow by a thread's thin trace.
