侍辇观花上苑春，太皇宣索凤笙频。

shì niǎn guān huā shàng yuàn chūn， tài huáng xuān suǒ fèng shēng pín。

ㄕˋ ㄋㄧㄢˇ ㄍㄨㄢㄏㄨㄚㄕㄤˋ ㄩㄢˋ ㄔㄨㄣ，ㄊㄞˋ ㄏㄨㄤˊ ㄒㄩㄢㄙㄨㄛˇ ㄈㄥˋ ㄕㄥㄆㄧㄣˊ。

如今犹记当时曲，对谱闲教小内人。

rú jīn yóu jì dāng shí qǔ， duì pǔ xián jiào xiǎo nèi rén。

对着乐谱，悠闲地教导着年轻的小宫女。

The Grand Empress Dowager frequently called for the phoenix flute's melody to ring.
