应当没有言语谈笑的喧哗。
百年人生，犹如枯枝上的蚂蚁；
万事纷扰，好似酒杯中的蛇影。
诗篇初定，我又重新删改草稿；
挑亮灯芯，它再次结出灯花。
不必假装入睡来打发客人；
我长啸一声，将乌纱帽推向脑后。

Drinking alone, I drift into a tranquil drunkenness;
There should be no clamor of speech or laughter.
A hundred years—like ants on a withered branch;
All worldly affairs—like snakes in a wine cup.
My poem, once settled, I revise the draft again;
The lamp wick, trimmed, once more blossoms into a flower.
No need to send guests away with feigned sleep;
I let out a long whistle and push back my black gauze cap.
