其玄妙超出了仁者智者的理解之外。
请您看看明镜中的事物，
发生与停息本来就没有障碍。
近年来领悟了'坐忘'的境界，
只剩下观照本心的明澈存在。

Silent beneath a few rafters' shade,
Alone it shines, a cosmos in a room.
Freed from the cause of mountain and of stream,
Its wonder lies beyond the wise man's ken.
Behold the happenings within the mirror—
Action and stillness meet without a bar.
These years I've learned the art of sitting-forgetting,
And only the heart's reflection now remains.
