高耸的山峰险峻挺拔，直插巍峨的云层之中，
一层层的悬崖与巨大的沟壑，裂开形成漫长的峡谷。
如龙蛇般纵横交错，虎豹横行，一片混乱，
古老的栈道腐朽断裂，掩埋在深厚的青苔之下。
行人侧着脚，满怀恐惧地经过这里，
飞鸟收敛翅膀，哀鸣着盘旋返回。
您难道没有看见吗？唐德宗一心任用奸邪之徒，
天子的车驾从此仓皇失措地逃奔而来。

Lofty peaks, rugged and steep, pierce the towering clouds,
Layer upon layer of cliffs and vast ravines cleave a long gorge open.
Dragons and serpents writhe, tigers and leopards prowl in chaos,
Ancient plank paths, rotten and cracked, lie buried in deep moss.
Travelers tread with fearful, sidelong steps as they pass,
Birds fold their wings and circle back with mournful cries.
Have you not seen? Emperor Dezong set his mind on employing treacherous men,
And from that time, the imperial carriage came hastening in frantic flight.
