幽深的山谷正对着朱红的栏杆，
高大的林木轻拂着彩绘的楹柱。
卷起帘子，可见千山万岭在远方；
入座之后，一条平川尽收眼底。
霓虹的色彩沿着云层而中断，
霞光照射水面，一片明亮。
不必夸耀这旷远开阔的景色，
真想对谢朓（谢宣城）说这番话。

A sheer ravine greets the crimson railings;
Tall woods brush past the painted pillars.
Rolling up the blinds, a thousand peaks lie far;
Sitting down, one river stretches flat.
The rainbow's hue breaks off along the clouds;
The sunset's glow shoots bright upon the water.
No need to boast of this vast, open view—
I'd rather tell of Xie Tiao, the poet of Xuancheng.
