朝阳峰乃是上天所设，
曲折的山岭与绵长的山岗，是大地的筋骨盘结。
向下俯瞰，是绝壁深涧，溪流萦绕回旋，
向上耸立，是高峻的亭子，仿佛飞峙于险峻的山巅。
傍晚的云霞多处分布，宛如水墨画一般，
秋日的树木层层叠叠，像红绿相间的彩缬。
如何才能恰好遇上这闲暇的时刻，
静静地与诗人一同吟咏晨雪的诗篇。

The Eastern Peak Pavilion is a work of heaven's art,
With winding ridges and long slopes, the earth's bones intertwine.
Below, a sheer ravine twists and turns its course apart,
Above, a lofty pavilion soars, a rugged sign.
Evening clouds in several spots, like ink-wash paintings spread,
Autumn trees in layers, red and green brocade displayed.
How I wish to seize this moment of leisure instead,
Quietly with the poet, chanting of dawn snow's shade.
