精神仿佛飞入了南方朱雀星宿；
形影却落在北方的卢龙之地。
（我）在蓬莱仙岛停下车马；
又在太华山峰扬起旗帜。
如此奔波究竟是为了何事？
回首之际，向那高耸的松树致歉（告别）。

At the fifth watch, I hear the temple bell toll.
My spirit enters the Vermilion Bird constellation;
My shadow falls upon the land of Lulong.
I rein in my steed at the Penglai Isle;

For what purpose have I rushed about so frantically?
Looking back, I bid farewell to the lofty pines.
