百万大军全都得以升迁转任官职。
英雄豪杰在危难之中成就事业反而容易；
但若格局狭小，想要匡时济世就十分艰难。
战云弥漫杀气腾腾，使雕饰的军旗也显得暗淡；
寒风肃杀裹挟着军队的声威，让主帅的虎帐充满寒意。
何时才能收复破碎的山河，使其完整如初，
让人们重新穿戴起旧日的衣冠，恢复往昔的秩序？

A feathered dispatch flies, news of victory in the southern lands;
A million warriors all turn to officials, receiving new commands.
Heroes in peril find their tasks accomplished with ease;
Yet grand designs, when vision narrows, bring the times little peace.
Clouds brew with slaughter's air, darkening the eagle-flagged array;
The wind shrills with army's voice, chilling the tiger tent where the commander lay.
When will the rivers and mountains be restored to their former grace,
And we don again the caps and robes of a bygone, honorable place?
