切勿与俗人言说。
谁能时常汲取井水，
注入这老旧的瓦盆之中？
只想观赏从容游动的小白鱼，
并不羡慕那横跨大海的巨鲲。

Deep and clear, without a trace of murk.
Vast indeed is the sky within this pot!
Do not speak of it to the vulgar ones.
Who can draw water from the well in time,

I envy not the ocean-spanning whale.
