蟠伏深处，老蟾蜍发出鸣叫，
飞得疲倦了，乌鸦落在长长的枝梢。
大地拥有湘江的源头和尽头，
山峦虽在楚地，却无端正或倾斜的讲究。
人间与天上之间，
何处会阻碍浮槎的自由往还？

Winds can drive the sand to run its restless race.
Deep in the coil, an old toad croaks its lonely sound,
Weary of flight, a long crow settles on the ground.
This land holds Xiang River's head and tail in its embrace,
These hills, though Chu's, show neither front nor tilted trace.
Between the mortal world and the celestial sphere,
Where could a floating raft encounter any fear?
