吴地的山峦没有这般秀美，
趁着闲暇我前来游览一番。
在万顷湖光的映照里，
正是千家万户橘子成熟的时节。
平静地观赏，月亮早早升起；
向远处眺望，鸟儿迟迟归巢。
近古以来，有谁真正懂得欣赏此景？
大概只有白云能够知晓吧。

No southern hill can match this beauty rare;
I seize my leisure for a visit there.
In the vast lake's shimmering light,
A thousand homes see tangerines ripe and bright.
I watch the early moon rise, serene and clear;
From afar, I see birds homing, slow and near.
In recent times, who truly appreciates this view?
The white clouds alone should know, and constancy true.
