阳律运行到姑洗之月（三月），
皇帝心中惦念着年岁的饥荒。
时令珍馐正于宗庙进献，
祈求麦子结实是为百姓着想。
阳光温暖，轻柔的花儿吐蕊；
风和日丽，翠绿的麦浪微微荡漾。
岂敢因进献鲔鱼而多言？
唯愿不要有蛾虫飞舞成灾。
将继续歌颂来年丰收，
怎会听到求购粮食的讥讽。
崆峒山今年庄稼成熟，
进献荐享定不会违背期望。

The sun's law reaches Guxian, the third month's sign,
The emperor's heart worries over the year's famine.
Seasonal delicacies offered at the temple now,
Praying for wheat grains to sustain the people's vow.
Warm sun coaxes light blossoms to exhale,
Gentle breeze stirs emerald waves, faint and frail.
Dare I speak because of the sturgeon's sacrifice?
I pray no moth-like pests take flight in vice.
We shall continue the song of the coming harvest,
And never hear the taunts of begging for grain's rest.
Kongtong's fields ripen well within this year,
To offer them in tribute, no doubt will appear.
