接得南枝即按杯，似和霜月带将来。

jiē dé nán zhī jí àn bēi， sì hé shuāng yuè dài jiāng lái。

自从驿使相逢后，千载无人解寄梅。

zì cóng yì shǐ xiāng féng hòu， qiān zǎi wú rén jiě jì méi。

一接到南边的梅枝就举杯饮酒，

仿佛是和着霜月一起将它带来。

自从与驿使相逢之后，

千百年来再无人懂得寄赠梅花。

I take up the cup as soon as the southern branch arrives,

As if harmonizing with frosty moon, it brings the future.

Since the courier and I met that day,

For a thousand years, none has known how to send the plum.
