只看见那插花的人。
东风能够停留多久呢？
听到你如此欢欣，我也感到高兴。
只是我担心春风终究要归去，
那时你我将一同陷入悲苦。

The east wind has come for several days,
Yet in this poor lane, no spring is seen.
I know not whence the flowers find their ways,
Only the flower-bearer, fresh and keen.
How long can the east wind's visit last?
Hearing your joy, I share the cheer.

Leaving us both in sorrow, year by year.
