自从奉诏进入银台路的官署以来，
下马便能成诗，文采胜过凤凰羽毛制成的笔。
在东观，我已参与阅览珍贵的秘藏典籍；
在南宫，又接着参与考核众多的英才。
在紫掖宫受封，文章显得尊贵；
靠近端门，气象显得格外崇高。
如今我如同汉朝的三独坐一样地位尊显，
夜晚吟诗，尚且被允许畅饮春酒而醉。

Since I received the edict and took the Silver Terrace way,
Dismounting, I'd compose a poem, seizing the phoenix quill to sway.
At Eastern Lodge, I joined in glimpsing secret archives' lore;
At Southern Palace, again I'm set to judge the talents' core.
At Purple Side Court, my writings sealed with honor glow;
Near the Upright Gate, the stars bestow an aura high and slow.
Now in the Han court, one of three who sit alone with might,
I'm still allowed to chant by night, drunk on spring wine's delight.
