Too tired to lean on my blue-lit staff, I proceed.
A hundred years are but a fleeting "and then";
All worldly affairs amount to nothing in the end.
Abandon the deer dreamt of in the banana grove;
Drive away the crows perched on the roof above.
Alone I nap by the window at high noon;
Often I dream of the land of Hua Xu, and soon.
