烈日散发着灼热的光辉，
售卖冰块，说要抓住时机。
追逐利益，脸上露出得意的神色，
但冰块消融，顷刻间便消失无踪。
双方都遭受损失，却都没有猜疑，
即使后悔，又怎能追回呢？
仁爱恩惠应当考虑长远，
不要使它失去恰当的尺度。

The blazing sun radiates scorching heat,
Selling ice, they say, must be timely.
Seeking profit, they wear a look of gain,
But the ice melts, suddenly as if lost.
Both sides lose, yet neither harbors doubt,
Though regretful, how can one retrieve it?
Benevolence should aim for the long term,
Do not let it lose its proper measure.
