龙凤团茶只能与福建的圆茶相比，味道醇厚；
盐和乳酪应当嫌弃北方风俗的粗糙。
采摘茶叶令我愧对吴地僧人，他们身体瘦削如蜡；
点茶则需要越地女子那酥软如奶油的手。
舌根留下的余味轻轻拂过牙齿；
腋下的清风渐渐侵袭肌肤。
七碗茶尚且不足以留客品尝；
我屡次探问瓶中是否还有剩余。

The dragon-phoenix tea is but like Min's round brew, strong and deep;
Salt and cheese should scorn the northern custom, coarse and cheap.
Picking tea, I shame the Wu monk, whose body is like wax, dry;
Whisking it needs a Yue maiden's hand, soft as cream to the eye.
On the tongue root, the lingering taste lightly floats past the teeth;
Under the arms, the clear breeze slightly assails the skin beneath.
Seven bowls are not enough to keep a guest for a taste;
In the bottle, I ask time and again if any is left in haste.
