归去的马儿疾行，踏起离去的尘土，
接连几个晴日，温暖如春。
面朝阳光，渐渐欣喜听到南飞雁声；
晒着背脊，何妨向乡野之人问询。
穿越沙漠兼程赶路，闲适地穿着鼠褐粗衣；
靠着马鞍浓睡，乌巾歪在一旁。
在严冬荒凉的景色中遇到这般温暖，
自然是皇家覆育万物的仁德。

My returning steed clip-clops, treading on the dust of departure;
For several days, the clear sky has been warm as spring.
Facing the sun, I gradually rejoice to hear the southern wild geese;
Why mind asking a rustic while basking my back in the sun?
Crossing the desert, doubling the pace, at ease in my coarse robe;
Leaning on the saddle in deep sleep, my black headscarf askew.
Meeting such warmth in the depths of winter's desolate scene—
