既不是环，也不是玦，
其中有个迷离朦胧的玉兔儿。
正像佳人裙摆上的明月，
月亮圆了又缺，缺了又圆，
但这月亮一旦缺损，何时才能再圆？
你难道没看见那位斗茶的公子，不忍心品斗那小团茶饼，
因为茶饼上有一对衔着绶带、比翼双飞的鸾鸟图案。

Within it lies the hazy Jade Rabbit, a charming thing.
Just like the moon on a fair lady's silken skirt, it seems,
The moon waxes full and wanes, then waxes again in beams.
But once this moon is flawed, when will its perfect form return?
Have you not seen the tea-contesting lord, who'd rather spurn
To compete his precious cake, where paired lovebirds fly and yearn,
With ribbons in their beaks, in elegant design they turn?
