黄叶在寒风中冷冷地飘动，
我临风而立，搔着满头白发。
漂泊江湖，没有老友相伴，
立于天地之间，心中涌起新的忧愁。
拂晓时分，宫禁中成对的侍卫在巡行；
边塞榆关，战马在秋风中嘶鸣。
我一生怀抱的忠君孝亲之志，
直到生命尽头也不会停息。

Yellow leaves rustle cold and drear,
Facing the wind, I scratch my hoary head.
On rivers and lakes, no old companion near,
Between heaven and earth, fresh sorrows spread.
At dawn, the palace guards in pairs patrol;
At Yumen Pass, war-horses neigh in autumn's breath.
My lifelong intent, loyal and filial in soul,
Will not cease even with the coming of death.
