岁末时节西陂的景色正好，
清澈的水波与夕阳共同辉映。
嬉戏的鱼儿游来，水面泛起圆晕，
受惊的野鸭飞去，没有成行。
荇菜的叶子稀疏却依然碧绿，
兰草的嫩芽老了反而更加芳香。
我徘徊流连，驾车归去已晚，
眼前的一切都好似那沧浪之水，令人忘机。

The western pool is lovely at the year's end,
Clear waves share the glow of the setting sun.
Sporting fish come, leaving ripples behind,
Startled ducks depart, leaving no trace as they run.
The duckweed leaves, though sparse, still show their green hue,
And orchid shoots, now aged, emit a fragrance new.
I linger, my carriage returning late,
All seems like the waters of Canglang, my fate.
