古老的土丘和陡峭的石阶向上延伸，仿佛通往云端的梯子，
从高处极目远眺，心绪不禁感到迷茫与纷乱。
千里碧绿的野草向北铺展，直至原野的尽头，
半边红日正沉落于参差凌乱的西边山峰之间。
楼台倾颓，邺苑之中处处是残破的瓦砾，
凤凰消逝，漳河之畔已不见旧日的堤防。
靠近边塞的春日郊野，没有什么美好的景致，
只有跛足的牛羊和随风奔走的马匹遍布山涧溪流。

Ancient mounds and steep steps ascend to cloud-ladders,
Gazing afar from the heights, my thoughts grow lost and scattered.
A thousand li of green weeds stretch north of the plain,
Half a red sun sinks amidst chaotic western peaks.
The terrace crumbles, Ye Garden strewn with broken tiles,
The phoenix gone, the Zhang River has lost its old dike.
Near the frontier, spring fields hold no splendid sights,
Lame sheep and wind-blown horses fill the mountain streams.
