白话文翻译
蜀地土地肥沃，物产丰饶，
偏偏特别适宜药材的生长。
小小的田畦里聚集了上千个品种，
一场春雨将它们全都滋润滋养。
博识的山涛（山司徒）见此也会惭愧自己见识不够多，
精通药性的桐君也未能全部知晓。
将来这些药材，会像胡广的茯苓一样，
既能保养长寿，又能扶助衰弱之体。

The fertile land of Shu, thrice blessed,
Is where medicinal herbs grow best.
A thousand species crowd small plots,
Nourished by spring rain in timely lots.
The mountain minister feels shame for his limited lore,
Even Tongjun's knowledge is not complete to the core.
In later years, like Hu Guang of old,
These herbs will nurture health and make the frail bold.
