夕阳西下，蛇影舞动弄姿，
微风拂过，传来老鼠爬行的窸窣声。
这药散能助藤床增添凉意，
也无妨于明亮的棐木几案。
风车卷起冰雪飞舞，
又怎能比得上这般清凉纯净？

A cooling powder from the upper shelf,
My servant boy prepares it by himself.
The slanting sun sees serpents play with shade,
The passing wind hears mice in motion made.
It helps to chill the rattan couch with ease,
And does no harm to the bright catalpa desk, if you please.
The windmill rolls up ice and snow in spree,
But can it match this purity?
