自怜内心仍未平静，
起身坐着探究幡旗飘动的禅机。

Embryonic thoughts within a single thought.
Lost myself upon the Handan pillow,
Found delight within the Great Locust Court.
If Zhou was in a butterfly, where is the butterfly?
If the plantain is empty, the deer is empty too.
Alas, my heart is not yet calm and still;
I rise to sit and ponder the banner's wind.
