在庭院中扬眉动目，法身是无穷无尽的。
在其中学习懒惰的人，必定会没有饭吃。
只是跟着队伍混个饱，披着兽皮的日子没有尽头。
不信佛乘经典，追逐枝节却失去了根本。
可叹啊大丈夫，你凭借谁的气力？
本来就没有我与人，贪婪忙碌有什幺益处。
何不歇止无明，聆听那无孔之笛。
五音六律俱全，皓月与悲风归于寂静。
一声响彻宇宙宽广，从中听闻真实的道理。
融合成为智慧之身，没有任何事物可以遮蔽阻碍。
奉劝如草木影子般的世人，闲暇时赶紧收拾身心。

Not yet free from worldly toil, one must rely on a virtuous guide.
If willing to learn compassion, vow to exert your heart and strength.
Plunge into mud and water alike, do not treat it as idle play.
Raise brows and move eyes in the courtyard, the Dharma-body knows no bounds.
Among them, those who practice laziness will surely end up with no food.
Just following the crowd for a full belly, a beast-hair existence without end.
Not believing the Buddha's vehicle sutras, chasing the branch, the root is lost.
Alas, great man! On whose strength do you ride?
Originally there is no self or others, what gain is there in frantic haste?
Better to cease ignorance, listen to the flute without holes.
All five notes and six pitches complete, bright moon and mournful wind grow still.
One sound, the cosmos vast, within it hear the true reality.
Harmonizing as the body of wisdom, nothing can obstruct or block.
I urge you, shadow of grass and trees, in idle moments quickly gather.
