穿着草鞋走出柴门荆扉。
美丽的鸟儿各自相互鸣叫，
野花仿佛也含情脉脉。
心境闲适，何必刻意隐居？
身体健康，难道还需要追求名声？
如果今天不及时行乐，
那真的会孤负了这一生。

My rustic sandals tread the path through the wicket gate.
Fine birds converse with one another in their way,
Wild flowers seem to possess feelings, delicate.
With a heart at ease, what need for seclusion's art?
In a body robust, why seek a famous name?
If we do not seek joy today and take our part,
Truly, we'd live this life in solitude and shame.
