阳光暖和时,他缓步在林下行走;
Young men secretly laugh at the old man of East Mountain,
He calls everything good, never judging right or wrong.
In his patched robe, an old and ailing body,
Roasting taro roots by the soft red glow of fire.
In warm sun, he strolls slowly through the woods;
When cold, he sits by the piled-up fire's side.
If asked about the ancestral temple's safety now,
He answers, 'This roasted taro is good.'
