冻得脖子像乌龟一样缩着，
在茅屋檐下吟咏着咏雪的诗篇。
比刚下的时候还要寒冷，
最美的是那尚未消融的时段。
积雪沉重，高高的树枝被压断，
窗户透亮，暮色来得迟缓。
忽然想起溪边的小路，
打算借一头跛脚的驴子去骑游一番。

My neck, frozen, shrinks like a turtle's head,
Under the thatched eaves, I chant a poem on snow.
Colder than when it first began to fall,
Most lovely before it starts to melt and go.
Heavy with snow, the high branches break,
The window brightens late as evening light is slow.
Suddenly I think of the path along the stream,
And wish to borrow a lame donkey for a ride, it seems.
